Anthony
Creative DirectorOver thirty wonderful years of hairdressing and loves his craft more and more each day. Anthony is no stranger when it comes to being backstage at Fashion Week around the globe, this is where he absolutely thrives. When not in the salon, Anthony’s on photo shoots for print and online publications in fashion and beauty. In his downtime, Anthony loves to immerse himself in reading autobiographies, updating his Spotify playlists and sketching.
Stella
Advanced Stylist / Colour TechnicianOnce finalist of NSW hairdresser of the year, has worked backstage at both New York and Australian Fashion weeks multiple times.. Stella loves a challenge! She specializes in foiling, balayage/free hand and colour corrections. Many of her clients have become life long friends as she’s been a part of the RAW family for over 15 years! She has a natural eye for fashion and loves going on adventures with her husband and their 2 beautiful daughters.
Antonia
Senior StylistIn the years Antonia has been in the industry, she’s been surrounded by countless opportunities to work along side industry professionals. This has been immensely valuable to her growth as a stylist. Specialising in all aspects of colour and being a natural curl/texture cutting guru, Antonia’s bubbly and uplifting personality will make you feel confident and beautiful walking out the door.
Rachel
Senior StylistRachel, originally from Scotland, now calls Sydney her home. Her expertise lies in creating stunning blondes, whether it's a sun-kissed balayage or a bold blonde makeover. While she loves all aspects of hairdressing, she has a passion for the art of lived-in colour techniques. Outside the salon, Rachel loves travelling and enjoying downtime by the beach. Her adventurous spirit and creative drive shines through in everything she does. Rachel’s friendly approach creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere as she brings your hair vision to life, which will have you looking and feeling your very best!
Vy
General ManagerVy began her hairdressing apprenticeship and career at RAW Anthony Nader for over 8 years. Since then she transitioned into an administrative role where she gained significant sales, operations and management experience. She has now returned home to the RAW family where she helps Anthony and David manage RAW Hair Group. Vy dedicates herself in ensuring the RAW Hair Group team are always happy, and takes pride in making sure the client experience and service levels are always a top priority!
David
Business DirectorA warm-hearted guy that loves people and keeping the salon standards to the highest level. David makes every RAW team member and client feel like family. After working in hospitality management for 22 years, David possesses a can-do attitude and will always deliver a solution to make sure everyone is 100% happy! He enjoys playing barista and is also our resident DJ - So if you love the RAW tunes, thank Disco Dave!

YOUR EMPLOYMENT INCLUDES
- An already established RAW clientele.
