Anthony Nader is a Sydney-based hairdresser and editorial stylist renowned for his signature approach to hair: timeless, effortless, lived-in, and beautiful. He continues to lead and inspire within the Australian hair industry, most recently winning the AHIA 2026 & 2025 Editorial Hairstylist of the Year.
His impressive list of accolades includes NSW Hairdresser of the Year (2004), the prestigious title of Australian Hairdresser of the Year (2006), Editorial Session Stylist of the Year (2008), and Australian Masters Award (2010) by The Australian Hair Fashion Journal (AHFA).
Anthony lived between Sydney and New York for 10 years, where he immersed himself in the world of editorial and advertising photoshoots, while also working backstage at Fashion Week in various countries across the globe.

Anthony
Creative DirectorWith over thirty incredible years in the hairdressing industry, Anthony's passion for his craft continues to grow every day. A seasoned presence backstage at Fashion Weeks around the world, he truly thrives in these fast-paced, creative environments. When he's not in the salon, you’ll find Anthony on photoshoots for both print and digital publications. In his downtime, he enjoys diving into autobiographies, curating the perfect Spotify playlists, and sketching.
Stella
Advanced Stylist / Colour TechnicianA former finalist for NSW Hairdresser of the Year, Stella has worked backstage at both New York and Australian Fashion Weeks on multiple occasions. She thrives on a challenge and specializes in cutting, foiling, balayage/freehand, and colour corrections. With over 17 years as part of the RAW family, Stella has built lasting relationships with many of her clients! Beyond the salon, she finds joy in family life and making memories with her husband and their two beautiful daughters, often going on adventures and exploring new places.
Antonia
Senior StylistThroughout her years in the industry, Antonia has embraced countless opportunities to work alongside leading professionals - experiences that have been instrumental in shaping her craft as a stylist. Specializing in all aspects of colour and known as a natural curl and texture-cutting expert, Antonia brings both skill and passion to every appointment. Her bubbly, uplifting personality ensures you'll leave the salon feeling confident.
Mia
Senior StylistMia is a passionate hairdresser who loves creating personalised looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty. She began her career at a respected salon, where she trained and built a strong foundation in both colour and cutting. With hairdressing in her family, Mia brings a genuine passion and sense of tradition to her craft. She specialises in soft, lived-in colour, freehand painting, and foiling techniques, and is continuing to expand her focus on cutting and styling. Mia enjoys working with each client’s natural shape and texture to create hair that feels effortless and personal.
Phan
Emerging StylistPhan brings her passion for hair and beauty all the way from Vietnam, after making the move to Australia in 2020. She joined RAW in 2022 as a Salon Assistant and obtained her Certificate III in Hairdressing & Barbering in 2024. Now an Emerging Stylist, Phan is sharpening her skills under the guidance of Anthony and the team. When she’s not in the salon, Phan loves spending time with her partner and daughter, and is always up for some karaoke fun after a few drinks!
Taylor
Salon ManagerTaylor is the warm, welcoming face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. With years of experience managing salon operations and a passion for exceptional service, she’s dedicated to keeping the salon running seamlessly while creating a positive, uplifting environment for both clients and the RAW team. Outside of the salon, Taylor is a Professional Makeup Artist, bringing creativity and a genuine love for the beauty industry. Her caring, friendly nature ensures every client feels truly welcomed and looked after.
Mala
Salon AssistantMala moved to Australia from Nepal in 2019 and became a valued member of the RAW team soon after. Though quiet by nature, her exceptional skills and willingness to help wherever needed speak volumes. Whether supporting stylists or assisting clients, Mala’s quiet dedication and behind-the-scenes efforts play a vital role in keeping the salon running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, reading, and exploring new places.
Jessica
Salon AssistantJessica is originally from Colombia and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She joined RAW in 2022 and brings her passion for design and fashion to everything she does. Jessica sees art and beauty everywhere she goes. Whether she’s braiding hair or diving into graphic design and advertising, she loves to create and inspire. Her mantra? Create, inspire, manifest - A perfect reflection of her vibrant and imaginative spirit!
Kelly
Salon AssistantKelly has been a dedicated hairdresser since she was sixteen, bringing years of experience and passion to her role as a Salon Assistant. She thrives in a hands-on environment where she can help clients look and feel their best! Beyond the salon, Kelly is a proud mum of three and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids, whether it’s a weekend getaway, a day at the beach, or trying out new restaurants. Friendly and approachable, she’s always happy to have a chat while you’re in the salon.
Vy
General ManagerVy began her hairdressing apprenticeship and career at RAW Anthony Nader for over eight years. She then expanded her expertise by moving into administration, where she gained strong experience in sales, operations, and management. She has now returned home to the RAW family where she works alongside Anthony and David manage RAW Hair Group. She is dedicated to nurturing a happy, motivated team and takes great pride in ensuring clients always receive exceptional service!
David
Business DirectorDavid is a warm-hearted guy who genuinely loves people and is dedicated to maintaining the highest salon standards. He makes every RAW team member and client feel like part of the family. With 22 years of experience in hospitality management, David brings a can-do attitude and always finds the best solution to ensure everyone leaves 100% happy. He enjoys playing barista and is also our resident DJ - so if you’re loving the RAW tunes, you can thank Disco Dave!
