Cancellation Policy:
As a new client, a $100 deposit is required to secure your first appointment.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment 48hrs prior to your appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48hrs of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit of $100 and a further $100 will be required to secure a new appointment. If you do not show up to an appointment you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
As an existing client, 48hrs is required to change or reschedule your appointment otherwise a 50% charge will apply. If you don’t show up to your appointment a 100% charge will apply.
*Deposits may be made securely through PayPal invoice or by Credit Card over the phone on 0292114444.
*Refunds for deposits are available if unable to reschedule and more than 48hrs notice is given.
*Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late to their appointments are not guaranteed of their original service. Please call us if you are running late and we will try our best to accommodate.
Book An Appointment
$18 All-Day Parking
We now offer our clients $18 flat rate all-day parking at Secure Parking on Goulburn Street, only a 5 minute walk to RAW.
To redeem your ticket:
- Enter the car park, take a ticket for entry & park anywhere (just as you normally would)
- At the salon, ask one of our friendly staff members for a prepaid ticket
- Before leaving the car park, go the pay machine and insert your original ticket first, followed by the new ticket from us
- The machine will return a ticket to you, use this at the boom gate when exiting
Silent Appointments
We understand that not everyone wants to socialise during their time in the salon. If this is something you would prefer, please enquire about a silent hair appointment upon booking.
